I think that a 38oz is smaller than a 12 pack due to it requiring different sizes and volume. You are going to drink a 12 pack a lot slower than a 1liter due to it being held in one container. It goes alot faster in a 1 liter because everyone is going to want and have lots of cups of it. I know due to being a experienced soda drinker that I would finish a liter soda a lot faster than a 12 pack. But, since I am not a soda drinker anymore due to caring about my health I don't drink them anymore. I heard Mt. Dew is one of the worst soda's for you.

What I remembered about math last quarter was the Pythagorean Therom. It was a pretty hard subject that I overcame. It was full of surprises and tricks that confused me in ways. I learned from Mr. Dorman though, how to figure it out by looking at the angles and using X and Y and multiplying them together. It was really cool when I finally learned how to solve it. It was really good to know that I knew how to solve the Pythagorean Therom. I learned to solve the problems and overcame them like any problem. This struggle is what helped me remember it from last quarter.
It is easy to remember how to figure out these problems due to the struggle I had so, I keep the process sort of locked in my head. It is very easy to remember now because I know how to solve the problems. It was something good to remember from last quarter because it helped me learn it and I won't forget it for quite some time. And according to my report card I achieved a lot. In Pre-Algebra I had a hard time with The Pythogorean Theroem it was extremely hard for my mind to grasp finding A or B side of the triangle. It wasn't finding C side of the triangle for it was just simply adding together A2 and B2 together. What a simple task for this type of triangle. The hard part was finding the A or B side. you had to subtract C2 from A2 to find B2. That is what I forgot and I didn't know how to find and solve this until I learned to do this task. I overcame this by remembering you do the opposite method to the C side if you need to find A or B. Then you subtract A or B squared from C squared. Then you should get the simple answer. It isn't that hard at all and you can move to the next problem. That is what my only sruggle so far is in Pre- Algebra.
Pythagorean Therom is a math term involving triangles. It consists of A square plus B square that equals C square. It can be used in real life to solve distances in miles feet or any other length measurement. Many math teachers such as Mr. Dorman are required to teach us students this math term and make sure it is in our math vocabulary and inside of our memories. It isn't very hard to forget due to all the processes. but if you remember than it won't be as hard to solve.
Even scientists use Pythagorean Therom to solve things. It isn't very hard to solve these basic math equations Square root is really easy. It is the number times itself that equals the square root. All you have to do is divide the number by a number like 25 divided by 5 the square root is 5. I think square rooting is an easy process that can easily be mastered. It is the simple of the simple in math. square in math means times two and root is like in language arts the base of the word so maybe the base times 2 equals the number you are trying to find.
This process isn't very hard at all. It consists of knowing how to multiply and divide. Many of these facts are Negative numbers are used in math through exponents and pretty much anything positive numbers are used in. They are used to find things that are in the opposite side of the numberline. Positive numbers which are the total opposite of the negative number, are used to find positive numerals. They are used in all math terms and are always used in math. The difference between the two is plain to see. Negatives are just the complete opposites of positives on the numberline. Many people use negatives in numberlines, graphs, exponents, and integers.
Many people use these math terms for many things. The math game was very fun and challenging I thought it more of a reveiw to play it though. Sort of like an refresher. I like that it gets you prepared though to remember the math terms and try and solve it. It's like an word search but using math, Plus you don't have hints. I liked it though it was a good way to practice yet fun. I wonder if we will play it again. I wonder if other students enjoyed it like I did.
I would play this again but after a while it gets boring. I would play it for a little bit of time every so often until I got bored and didn't want to play it any more. I like the game a little but It like I said it's more of a refresher. If you know how to use inequality than you know that a closed dot on a number line means that the problem is less than equal to or greater than equal to. It is like a donut for example. If the dot is blank you don't really know if the number is less or greater or the number. Now if you take a full dot notice it marks a specific number. The way the arrow is pointing shows that the number is either less than or greater than the number with the dot on top of it. The hardest part is figuring out if you need to switch the varable to solve it. You only do this if you need to divide or multiply the equation.
In Math we are Dividing Fractions and using Reciporical. We also, divide
decimals too. The hardest part is using reciporical. I happen to forget to do reciporical and get the wrong answer. I get the picture of what Mr. Dorman wants me to do though. I like the way he teaches it goes smooth with my learning ablility. I like Mr. Dorman he is an awesome teacher. In math I am learning to add/ subtract fractions and multiply/ Divide
fractions as well. It can be complicated to do this if the fractions have another number on top instead of a variable. Then you have to divide two fractions and simplify your answer to solve the equation. For example, 2/3 divided by 4/5= n. This can be tricky if you don't know how to divide fractions or get confused. |
