Physical Education In physical education we learn about different sports and muscles. For example jump rope is a type of sport most boxer play. People can burn 500 calories jumping for an hour. There is also another sport called badminton. It is believed to have started in ancient Greece. Now it is a modern sport many people play I like it because it is fun, relaxing and easy to play. Down below is a picture of a badminton racket and birdie. We also did the mile run which is very tiring many people got long timing such as 12 minutes and above while I got 8 minutes and 45 seconds. I was so tired at the end but it all payed off. I also got 105 jumps with a jump rope in a minute. That was very tiring also but it was fun. So, there is some information about what I do in P.E.

Learning in PE PE is a very fun class. We run a lot and get good exercise. We learn a lot about physical fitness and how to do different exercises. This class reminds me a lot of art because you have to use strategy and skill. The class benefits me with good health and strength and prepares me for physical life. I think the class is great and a good way of learning my capable ability within.
Many times I think the class is such hard work but later on when I see the improvements to my health I gain strength and become greatly achieved. I do like the strength I gain so I work harder to become more fit. I see myself later on becoming a great athlete from this inspiration at school in my PE class. So that is what I have to say about this class. |
Badminton Badminton is believed to have started in Ancient Greece. There are many games similar to badminton know as tennis, and volleyball. The birdie has many names such as the, Shuttlecock. It is now a national sport throughout the world that many people play. I like badminton because it is fun and easy to play. I have played the sport in the past and succeeded but due to not playing as much my skills are lacking. After Practicing for a few weeks I will improve.
